Paradise farm cottages mbui is a private leisure boutique hotel and it offers 8 luxury rooms. We operate a cashless enterprise thus all booking payments should be made directly to the bank account or via Mpesa.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy, Deposit Policy and No-show policy

Standard Arrival and departure

Check-In Time: 1300hrs – 2200hrs     Check Out Time: 1000hrs

Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to room availability on the relevant day, To be reconfirmed with the Operations Manager.

A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 0700 to 1200 hours and late check-out from 1100 to 1400 hours.

Room not occupied by 2200 hours will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.

Deposit Policy:

50% deposit upon booking to guarantee reservation. 50% balance 24 hour prior to arrival.

For Peak Seasons (Weekends, Public holidays, Easter holidays, and Christmas Holidays) all reservations payments should be made in full and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received 14 days before date of arrival, No refund thereafter.

In an event of No show, Total cost of the stay will be billed.

Booking Guarantee Method:

We accept guarantee by Bank Transfer and M-Pesa payments.

Other Specifications

No smoking in rooms or restaurant lounge

No pets allowed.

We reserve to right to admission.

No food from outside is allowed in the hotel premises however drinks are permitted and can only be consumed in the rooms only.

Accommodation by booking only.

No walk inns allowed.
